Namely it solicits the person receiving the call to press 1 on their phones to seek help in avoiding Internet cut off within a timeslot of 4hrs usually. Needless to say there is no real problem pending and by pressing 1 the unwary may be frightened into giving bank details eg to pay delivery charge for new router. PLEASE HANG UP. Phoned my mobile. I phoned them back. Call came from a company called Fast Claim. Foreiegn sounding gentleman answered and said they d phoned re an accident I had. I asked them how could they know I had had an accident when they didn t even know who was calling them at this moment (hadn t given my name!). They hung up on me! If you speak, the line is detected as 'a voice line' and will be logged, a scammer will then call you later! They're trying to: flog you something; get you to sign up to something; indulge in a fake survey based on some government scheme and always quick to reassure you that they're not selling but simply: enquiring; surveying; etc. JUST HANG UP.
