One of many similar calls, third time this week. Same automated female voice telling me that two unauthorized transactions on my Amazon account and an international money order have been made this morning and that I should press one or two on my keypad for further details, I hung up again.

Fraud - the number is linked to a Norton antivirus SCAM. The number wants to connect to your laptop / computer. This is a SCAM.

Called from bank security asking to confirm payment of £900 . I hung up . Pressed wrong comment for previous response

SCAM A female agent called me with Mobile Phone = 07428693956 at 12:02 pm identifying themselves as BT Customer Services and Security. They said their engineer was working on the line and detected an extra IP address registered at my location. Now BT customer services never ring outbound on a mobile, plus IP addresses are allotted by the router and not by the user. Someone used my mobile number to call this number BUT it was a call to MAURITIUS ! No idea how they did it but my mobile called this number but it was rerouted to Mauritius...I did not make this call
