Called to tell me that I had a problem with my computer and they would be able to sort it out for me. As soon as company details were requested, they rang off.

Fraud Received a call allegedly from Barclaycard and they knew my full name. I denied that I was that person, said they've got the wrong person and hung up. I proceeded to call Barclaycard and they confirmed that they didn't call me, said that this is not one of their number and confirmed it was a fraudster that was trying to get me. Barclaycard advised that they will usually send a message or e-mail and very rarely call unless you have not made a payment. Blocked and will be reporting it.

Missed call
Had a call from this number where he had all of my details, name, number and full address. When I questioned him on how he obtained all my details considering I had never heard of them he said it was in their database. Constantly telling me he just wanted 50 seconds of my time I asked him to remove all my details from the system but he started getting shirty with me an adopted a bad attitude.

These guys tricked my 89 year old mother with dementia into buying their "services" on 12 August 2016. I only found out when they called again six days later and spoke to me by mistake. An Indian-sounding "customer service executive" calling himself Patrick refused to cancel the contract or to recognise the statutory cooling-off period. Constantly ringing - despite requesting them not to. Do not believe anything they say. It is simpler to do tax credits yourself through the .gov website
IT'S A DANGEROUS SCAM! A computer is dialling numbers in sequence to sniff out voice lines. If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear a voice and then the line goes dead then congratulations - you have just successfully escaped being scammed! THESE CALLS ARE HARASSING AND ALWAYS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS!

Had a call asking for me by name, said that they had got my PPI back for me. They know the bank that I had dealt & asked if I had a account with them now, told them no had new one, they asked which, I told them the first one that came into my head. Asked what type I said saving one, asked about insurance, said don t want any. They put phone done.
Repeatedly calling me so I don't answer - when I call back it rings a few times and disconnects
Fraud - said it was HMRC and there’s a tax fraud case against me. I think not.

Automated recording stating that "I" was under investigation for tax fraud and that I had to push 1 to connect with an operator or would be issued with a warrant and face arrest / prosecution. Rang my landline today and an automated message said that our phone would be cut off in 24 hours. As we pay by direct debit every month, it cannot be true. It said we should push 1 for BT or 2 for any other supplier. We think it was that scam where they try to get bank details. it rang back twice within ten minutes. We didnt answer either call.
