Sounds like a modem, rings every day at different times, rings at least 5 to 6 times.

Hang up when I answered

Answered phone, said "Hello" Nothing for 20 seconds, said "Hello" again. Nothing for 10 seconds, said "Some silly bast*rd winding me up". He spoke then, but I didn t hear as I was hanging up. I don t block them, I store the name under Spam and let them run their bill up.

Want me to answer some questions which i never do over the phone. Didn't get name as he spoke too fast with a terrible accent.

This person or company have rung me several times this week on my mobile phone without leaving an answer machine message when prompted. I ve searched via google for their company name and address and nothing comes up from the search!
