We had to contact trading standards because they (coastal windows) wouldn t stop harassing my elderly parents by phone. They had to make a police report and Trading Standards paid them a visit to warn them off. If they harass you, report it as if you tell them to stop they have to by law.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - scam PPI calls mainly. Did someone answer any number of this range? Man called telling me he was my broadband provider and that my line was being hacked. Very aggressive, threatening tone of voice. Extremely argumentative when I suggested he was lying and told me I would be cut off if I didn't do what he said. Hung up and blocked the number but why can't these people be stopped? There are 100's of complaints about this number - why can't they be prosecuted for this intimidation?
