These calls seem to be from a company called health and home club. They may be affiliated with Ideal World. They just keep calling and hanging up when you answer. I have reported them to Ofcom as I have emailed their company online twice and they are still calling.

Landline from London area, I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are more similar numbers already reported from the same call centre range (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - and mostly reported as "Claim Law" company from London - insurance marketing, accident claims...
