SCAM OFFERING A FREE BOILER.........Elderly parents had a letter, but no phone calls, quoting this number 0800 433 7839 to ring for a free boiler, and other energy saving grants. Uses their Local District Council's name at top of the letter to look like it's from them. IT IS NOT. This number answers as The Funding Helpline, of which there is not trace on Google.
