Ambulance Chasers! Phoning about "accident in last 2.5 years". A Glasgow number though not necessarily based there, using 0141 to increase chance of people in surrounding area answering call (as I did). Caller was polite enough and accepted my lack of interest without question.

This came up as a Birmingham number. I didn’t answer, I never do. They didn’t leave a message so how important could it be. Probably marketing or maybe a scam.

Becoming harassing. All calls to a mobile number which is restricted. A junk caller whom I will not answer. All calls deleted.

Prank call. Ignore it and block the number.

They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Phoned about a car part. This company sent a quote twice about a car part after using 247carspares.co.uk They passed me from dept to dept and in the end said the part was no longer available. Beware of numbers starting with 070 premium rate.
