The man asked if my address was correct, he repeated it and told me that he had to validate it and would take only 2 minutes. (In his dreams!) just received a letter from the DWP requesting bank details so they can pay my pension into it instead of the post office.if this is a scam, it's a b****y clever, very convincing one. it was accompanied by a letter in the same post from the post office telling me I could close my card account with them free of penalty, though it's not the type of a/c that incurs penalties. the letter even quotes my national insurance number at the top. very clever of two big organisations to hit the same postal delivery tog
