Evasive as to who they were when I asked who was calling. When I told them they weren't being specific enough, and to put us on their do not call list, they flipped out. I hung up, and they called right back. Thankfully I have OOMA and just added them to my blocked list.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20331881xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident chasers, insurance marketing - "Have you been involved in a car accident that wasn't your fault?". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
