Missed the first call from this number around lunchtime. Received a second call at 5:20pm the same day. Thought it was a recruitment agent so answered. Turned out to be an English chap claiming to want to speak to me about a car accident. He knew my full name and postal address. I told him there was no such accident and to remove my details from his database immediately. I then hung up. Something of a worry that he had so many of my personal details.

Called me up and did not know my name, made several attempts - when asked why he did not know who the name of the person he was calling and asked what he was calling for he hung up. Is this number used by a foreign based nuisance call unit? How did they get my number as I have signed any internet (including local authority) site as not wishing my details to be passed on. When I didn't answer they called me on this number and was rude to me because I didn't buy it and had a go at me for rejecting the first call because I was driving.
