Called asking if I had been in an accident, said it was being dealt with by insurance and then rapidly put through to a supervisor (so ignored my reply), this person was blatantly overseas and I told them the same, that it is being dealt with, so he just cut me off! Told both of them I was busy at work, but they did not listen - should have just hung-up! RUDE MORONS

These people are phoning me from 8.30am until late at night, asking if im me and going through security questions to verify who i am. I tell them ive already spoken to someone but i have to go through the same old crap four or five times a day. The caller gets the recipient to perform some tasks on their PC, claiming that it is infected. If you ask for their number, they provide this one. If you call them back you are diverted to the caller in the Gold Coast. Do not call. Do not respond. Report this to the police.
