SCAM told me from BT open reach. I questioned why they would call when I’m not with BT. Reply was ‘exactly let me explain, why the f*** would you answer the phone at this time of the morning.’ The time of the call was 11:15 am. Think this person needs to go and get a proper job rather than clearly scamming people.

I said to them I didn't catch what they said, "We're calling to confirm your accident?", to which I said "No. No accident". They said "Okay bye" and abruptly hung up.
