Possible scam, but not 100% sure. It seems like it is a new number and they claimed they are HMRC.

Most likely a National Insurance Phishing Scam. Reported to HMRC. NI would not have rang from a Vodafone mobile number.
It IS Sky and if you ask them they will openly state they got your number from a third party. IE, they bought it. Have you done a survey of ANY kind? If so that is how your number is passed to them. They will apologise and remove your number from their database if you request it.
Have had a call every lunchtime from 15/08/2016 to date (17/08/2016). Phone on silent so fortunately miss it.

Seven calls in 2 days, asking me to answer questions for survey. When I refused they shouted at me, called me a liar, threatened 20 to 30 calls. Said if I answered questions they wouldn t call again, I refused and said I d reported them to Ofcom, they rang off and didn t call again

I instructed them, as I have on all previous occasions, to delete my illegally held contact details. They said they would, but based on past experience they won't.
