PRA Group. Call consistently. However they always ask you to confirm your details which Im not prepared to do. They need to be open and introduce themselves. Otherwise block them. Take there number and call them bk. At least you are in control of the situation and able to discuss things. Knowing that they are who they say they are. Never give your details out. I have received several calls from 01614867218 asking for details of my accident, I have not had an accident so I blocked the number. I have now had calls from 01614867210 again asking about my "accident", the caller asked for me by name but did not identify himself he also dodged the issue when I asked how he got my number. I then blocked this number as well.
