If they stay on the phone long enough, tell them you are another person answering the phone for you, it is not your phone and say you are deceased. I have found that helps stop it in a lot of cases. I was going to try it here but they put the phone down too quickly.

I asked him if he was calling from Sky, he should be able to identify who I was, & he claimed to only have my number, not my name. Then I asked why he thought I had Sky. He then hung up!
