Fraud Said she was from RBS and was calling customers for an annual review. She would arrange a time for someone to call and go through everything. She informed me that she could see I had the app and I can contact them if I need to. I never gave out any of my details and banks do not phone from a mobile number.

They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. I told them I didn t need to claim compensation as only very minor whip lash, however they were very insistent saying that didn t matter and I was entitled to £3000 compensation. Been receiving calls from this number. They said they were from o2mobiles. They then proceeded to ask what network my phone is with. I am with o2, so knew there was something dodgy going on. I asked twice to be removed from their calling list before they hung up. The telephonist tried to argue with me asking if I even knew why they were calling.

SCAM I leave my answerphone on permanently for call screening. This number called this morning and the recorded message must have started before the answerphone greeting had finished with the result that I only got a very small part of the message left. Something about billing. So obviously a scam. Number now barred. By coincidence I had a very similar call earlier from 020249714939. Probably the same idiots. Also barred
