At 8.20am I answered my land line thinking it must be important and was a local number. It was a automated message saying ‘thank you for your payment of £299 for anti virus, if any problems please call our free phone number’ The number I’m afraid I didn’t get and it didn’t say any company either. I’m sure this is a scam of some sort that they catch you when you call to complain so very much aimed at the trusting, naive or elderly.

Tried to claim I had been involved with a RTA, would not confirm where they got my number from.
This grouping of numbers is ridiculous! I started researching this number and it returned spam, so no, I don't need to hear what they have to say! If I fail to answer once, they'll immediately try to call again. When I don't answer, I block. Then they'll ring on a slightly different number in the coming days with the same tactics. AMAZON - I have been called this morning in regards to suspending my Amazon account as I have a transaction of more than £1000 on the account. This is spam and fraud.

another one of those that have a recorded message asking you to press 1 or legal action will be taken against your National Insurance Number. Don't think they will have much luck taking legal action against an NI number as it is not a person. Tried calling the number back but it does not connect. BLOCK THIS NUMBER

rang me on my mobile told me my name, stated he was from an unaudiable ins company. Told me my address AND car registration No. Said I ahd been in an accident and was earmarked £1000. I told him I had not been in accident, asked who he was and his company, he hung up.
Rings twice and hangs up. Or hangs up when you answer. Annoying. Been calling me for a week.
