'pushy' phone call to an elderly couple to discuss 'funding' - very confusing as to why call made definately unsolicited. Unable to call back to verify.

repeatedly rings early evening. If asked the company or her name they hang up. They do not with hold their telephone number. rang them on their direct line 01792311578 and they gave me a false 0800 number to complain to. A repeat call to the direct line said they would get their customer service dept to ring me back. They never did. AVOID

Received three calls in a space of 10 mins askingfor the contract holder. "There are security changes in your account." When I ask exactly what it consists of, they hang up.

Answered at 17:00 on a Friday said they were V Type Solutions never heard of them so hung up

Had a call this morning from a man claiming to work for a company called "First Pass", asking about an RTA I was supposed to have been involved in. I asked how he got my details and requested that they be deleted from their data-base. I have never been in an RTA, and am on TPS to prevent cold-callers. He persisted in trying to obtain more information from me and when I refused to answer, he hung up. If they call again, I shall report them to Ofcom.
