Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2038684xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing, accident chasers, PPI claims, "car accident which was not your fault". Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new, new scope, or still the same story?

Got a text from this number saying to go to the website to arrange a new appointment as "sam" due to unforseen curcumstances would not be in, and would be back next week. Sam is apparently from Borehamwood WW??? (I live in Borehamwood) i don t know what WW part stands for, and i have no appointment for anywhere in Borehamwood anyway. Had a call from here today and the guy at the other end 'supposedly' was ringing on behalf of his father after worktops (I design and fit kitchens) He left no number but wanted to know what worktops I supply and whether his father would need to come to me. I have a feeling this was not genuine as he left no number and gave no name but will 'call back'. Sometimes you just get a feeling... I did with him.
