Called early evening about a supposed accident that I d recently had. Of course I hadn t had such an accident so the call was bogus. I have Preference Service so the call was also illegal.

I spoke with them on the phone and demanded they remove my number many months ago as i had been getting calls very often. They assured me they would. I have never had a call from them since. They are some sort of debt management company

I had numerous automated phone calls from this number asking for a Sarah Harris, I have never heard of this person and they have definitely not lived here as it s a new build and I have lived here from the start. They started calling twice a day, then fizzled down to 1, stopped and started up again this evening. Tried pressing 1 when prompted and ended up with a voice mail in the back ground grrr there driving me nuts!!. I ve also never been in debt!! There must be a way off stoping these scamming idiots!!

As stated by Max above - The caller said he was calling from British Gas and said they have had technical issues and they need my electricity meter numbers. I work in the energy industry and I am aware they can access this via the national electricity database (ECOES) - as my supplier they are fully entitled to use this. I challenged him and he continued to give excuses. I then terminated the call.

Three times today (8 June 2017) this number has rung me and when I answer the line goes dead.

It is not a valid number. London code is 020, next digit should be 3 or 7 or 8.

Left message asking to call back, Telemarketing of a Green Energy Fund . At least the message was polite.

Caller with indian accent gave a fake name and claimed to be calling from BT Broadband. He said there were hackers using my wifi according to messages on their server. He then tried to scare me in to giving him access to my computer. He was obviously trying to scam me as I don t have an account with BT. He hung up on me when I wouldn t let him access my computer.

Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. calls every other day - marketing - lies about previous contact and will not give their company name out and are incredibly rude. Keep calling even though we are reg. with TPS. They ignore requests to remove number from their list and continue to call.
