This is a spam call from people purporting to be from BT Openreach advising there is a problem with my broadband connection. Fraud amazon prime scam. Do not follow up, do not press 1. "The scam sees people receive an automated call, telling them that they've been charged for an Amazon Prime subscription. To cancel, all they need to do is ‘press 1’ - but after they do that they're directed to a fraudster posing as an Amazon customer service representative. The fraudster then asks for more details, and often asks you to download an application to your machine to cancel - at which point they cash in."
This caller had a strong foreign accent, claimed to be calling from BT and was attempting a conversation. I couldn't understand her.
