I asked how they have my number and she said from a shared database of all UK providers, although this would seemingly breach GDPR for sharing customer's contact details and wouldn't make sense for the businesses to risk losing customers this way. Number called saying they were from the security department of my bank. No bank name was given. apparently there were two transactions going through on my card, one for Amazon and another larger sum was an international money transfer. I was invited to press 1 to cancel the transactions or 2 to confirm. Naturally I did neither.

3/5/23 This phone number is highly risky. A man with a heavy accent who is barely audible through a crackling line purports to call 'about your computer'. When challenged that this is a scam - the caller became agitated and talked over me. I put the phone down. He called back and started shouting that I had nor right to call it a scam. I told him to get off the line or I would call the police. He said he didn't care about the police. I put the phone down. This Is a SCAM. A very distressing experience.

Received a text message yesterday stating that they were unable to process my Direct Debit. Supposedly from My 3. I do not use My 3 !! Its a scam.

100% FRAUD! They left me a voicemail, quoting a DHL import duty invoice that I paid 3 weeks ago. I called them, spoke to 'RAJU' - he knew all about me, my company and my invoice, but said don't worry as you've already paid. This is obviously someone at DHL leaking account details to fraudsters, who are preying on people who don't know/remember that they've already paid. Massive red flag is that RAJU always answers the phone! Also they have a voicemail out of hours, large companies simply don't do that thes

If this number contacts you about a "recruitment", it's a scam. Do not engage. And certainly don't deposit any money into their service, you're not getting it back.
