SCAM called saying they are from delta gas and power and need to re-do contract as there is a problem with the contract as at the incorrect tariff and a problem with my DD, i called delta gas and power direct to ask if this correct, they told me to ignore them its a scam and they dont work for delta gas and power.
Microsoft scammer called me back from this No after having problems with me baiting her.
Rang me at 5am! I rang back and it was a man who said the lines are now closed, didn’t say who they where though.
Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. Completed a survey at Tenerife airport last month. Got a phone call today to say I had won 7 nights free luxury accommodation in either Florida, Turkey or Tenerife. Had to book my own flights. Wanted me to collect all the details in person in Regent Street, Liberty s. Also won a voucher for ?75. Sounded too good to be true so looked up the number and see that it is obviously a time share of sorts.
This number is one of a number of similar numbers calling one of our staff with a recorded message claiming to wnat to sell PPI , loans and claiming to be linked to Nat West No person ever actually speaks and th UK rules on this type of thing. I suspect this number has been hijacked by a untrustworthy marketing organisation abroad
Said calling from O2 services to ask if I have no isue with reception. Because I pay bills on time they had very good discount for me. SCAM!

SCAM: Received a text to my mobile , supposedly from MY BRITISH GAS saying ' We were unable to accept your amount due, visit mybritishgas-uk.com to update'. Looked it up online, as I'm NOT with British Gas, and yes, it's a phishing text to get your bank details. Apparently the site it leads to is very realistic, and people have been caught out. Seems there is an email version too. Number blocked!
