Caller claimed to be from BT technical dept.Second call in a few days claiming to be BT the first saying about my internet,I am not with BT sounded same voice so I stopped her and said I knew it was a scam.I double checked with BT they would not call from these numbers.It's a scam so avoid

SCAM Said they were O2. Very convincing. Sent an OTP, like a fool, I gave it to them. By the time their call ended, and I got through to O2 (max 10 minutes), they’d already changed my email and postal addresses. O2 tell me the only time they will ask for the OTP is when a customer calls them. Looks like I stopped them in time, all details now changed, and security info changed, but be careful people. SCAM - calls to take card payments for advertising space that has never been taken do not pay them - offer 10% discount to pay today but there is no product? cannot send an invoice and when questioned he becomes rather angry and agitated said his name was James, very strong northern accent and we live down south on the coast so wouldn't be advertising near him anyway!

SCAM - Caller said they were our service provider and that our IP address was Public and not Private and we need to as IT to fix it. Suspect it's a prank caller.
Called saying from 02 on a very bad line offering loyalty discount. Said I wasn’t interested so he hung up and then got a security text from o2 with a one time code on it saying if someone has called me, they don’t work for o2 and to hang up the phone
