The phone network this came from is Nexbridge who specialise in hosting telemarketing call centres: http://www.callcentrehelper.com/nexbridge-communications-40032.htm "Nexbridge provides high volume telecoms services to call centres. With hardware hosted in multiple UK data centres" They also do "bulk" SMS advertising: http://bulksmsdelivery.com/ If I could block their entire network I would do so in a heartbeat.

Could tell it was scripted and after laughing at some of the terms he was using he hung up. I so wanted to play with him.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435687xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
This number called me yesterday trying to say that I had been involved in a road accident which I have not had an accident in over 15 years. I stated this to them but they ewre quite beligerent and kept asking me to give information about the accident, in the end I told them to p**s off and put the phone down. A well-spoken woman with an English accent, calling from 'Unity' because my file had just arrived on their desk. Asking about my recent minor road traffic accident. (I don't drive.) I said "No, this is a scam, please don't call again" and hung up. Blocked number.

They asked for a person that I don't know, and an address for the person which was not my address. I asked him to take the number off of their contact lists and he confirmed he would. Didn't try selling me anything.
Asks for a director by name but refused to say what they are ringing about. Very pushy and insistent that the Director knows them and had spoken previously to them. When asked the name of their company said LFH Engineering but very much doubt this was the real company name.
