I told them i have not been in a car accident and they simply hang up without even saying goodbye. however they continue to call me every day. if i don t answer they will call later, including evenings

Got a call today from some guy asking for me by name (which I didn t acknowledge - I never do.) I immediately asked who was calling to throw him off his spiel, unfortunately he mumbled his "company" which sounded like s&l legal? and immediately launched into his sales patter regarding the mis-selling of PPI. I let him ramble on for a few then interrupted him by saying I worked in the banking industry and could run rings round him with regards this. This number claimed to be maidstone police,which i thought was odd as it does not matter where abouts in Kent the police are calling from, they always identify themselfs as Kent police then say what staion they are from,i phoned Kent police and they claimed its a Hoax number.

I responded to a text advert when I advertised my car for sale. We buy any car offered a quotation if I provide basic vehicle details. They provided an(under)valuation figure to offer to buy your car, I wasnt interested however I was later telephoned by the company to whome I Confirmed I was Not interested in selling to them. The company has since contacted me again three times, they have my contact number from the original add.
