Had a liverpudlian girl called Lucy call me just from 01704222222, said she was calling from Alderley Assist, got the usual call centre spiel, had my name on file which I confirmed. Someone called George from a football pools organisation. I have no dealings with any football pools company so I cut the call.

DO NOT answer the call. They don t need to have a conversation with you, just toknow the line is active. They find this out by you answering. They then sell your details and number on to other advertisers and brokers.

They rang then hung up I left the line open for 10minutes before call was cancelled.

Currently claiming PPi. Through a reputable company, but now getting many calls from others. Very much a nuisance.
