When told we were on the TPS register he kept himself on hold for a minute and said he had reported it to his manager. Yes this is HSBC. I have an account with them and this was my LOCAL branch calling to make sure I was aware of changes and to ensure I was using the acc correctly. Very pleasant lady and took 5mins of my time. No problem to report.

Had several calls from this number, answered them but nobody wanted to speak, then eventually one guy did and he explained he was calling me from The Financial services authority and he could wipe all my debt. I told him no thank you, I m not interested. He asks why? I told him I don t need to tell him why, can you please remove me from your system. He then told me to shut up!! Several times!
