01455 236000 has been pestering me with silent calls on both my landline and mobile. We believe that the caller might be from the Hinckey area and despite trying to block it on my mobile we have received umpteen calls from a "private number" How can we stop them from pestering us?

I had a call from this number and I didn't answer it in time, so a couple of minutes later I called the number back and it says number is invalid. How could this be if I go...
