I had one called ruby (again indian sounding), my washing machine warranty was ending, let her go through all the spiel re cost etc, after shed finished I said I will take the highest cost one, but on one condition... tada, drum roll..... she tell e her real indian name and where in india she was based.. but, but, but lol,,, then as she kept speaking, i kept talking over her asking her indian name and where in india she was based and that it was a scam. she then told me to shut up then hung up on me :(
Fraud Some absolute cabbage tried to send me a text message saying they were unable to process my latest payment for O2. I don't have an account with O2. Had been pre-warned by family/friends that these type of text messages have been circulating. Do not open message and certainly do not click on the link(s) provided.
I bought a car from Bayliss Motors of Cheltenham and this was just a courtesy call. I didn't recognise the number so I checked it out before calling back. No problem.

a lady said I had 5 free tickets for euro millions for tonight, I asked politely for my number to be renoved as im not interested. she then said" well its a chance to win free money, im pretty sure you would be interested if you actually listened to what im telling you" she was quite aggressive! I said im only interested in listening to her removing my number. her reply was " well you already said that, I can understand english you know. so no need to be so f***ing rude!" They are from an animal protection charity. I saw advert on tv( Channel 5 I think ) and txted to donate monthly £3. This was the reason they were calling me.

Bank Scammers. Telling me that £600 had been sent abroad from my Debit card. If I sent the money, press 2, if i Did not send the money, press 1. I put down the phone, went to my local bank and asked them to check. No money had been taken or removed or sent. Dangerous for someone who gets involved speaking to these scum.
SCAM. Recorded message allegedly from tax office. Fraud detected in your name. Disregard.
My local police community support officer said these stickers have been used by criminals and recommended finding a locksmith through a telephone directory or online. Never call the number on a sticker that has been afixed to your doorbell without permission. If in doubt, contact your local police.

Was called from this number with a robotic message claiming to be an urgent message from HMRC about a fraud to do with me. I put the phone down before hearing the full message but on ringing back later got no response/dead line. This seems like it is a hoax designed to get people's personal details.

The company is known as go4ukloans , they call you to tell you that you have been approved for loan that does not exist as they are not loan company but bunch of people who scam people to take money of them. They will ask you to make the first payment of your loan for the loan to be sent in your bank. Don t believe them. Don t send them any money !!

I recieved a text message from this number, claiming to be from the post office about a parcel that had to be redelivered. Everything looks real except for the part that is asking me £2.10 for redelivery. The postoffice never ask money to redeliver a package. They say because of covid19 they wont leave a note anymore when they are at your door. That's a lie. Be careful!
