Calling me to follow up a PPI claim from a few weeks ago(which never happened) I didn t give them any details but they already knew a few things about me (name,home & mobile no. And what bank I use!) Asked me to give more info (card details, previous addresses) scam if I ever see one!!

These people have rang my number 2, 3 and 4(YES 4!) times a day - every day. I have caller ID but what about elderly people or people who are ill or can't get out of bed. ...

get called from this number 2to 3 times every day early am & 8.0pm goes to answerphone all i ever here is background office noise. when i have answerd they hang up. makes know sense to call daily for weeks & say nothing.

Received a call today on my landline. Caller was brusk, impolite and there was lityle or no preamble. Asked me questions about aims and values of Labour Party, why I became a member and reg d voter. Said they were from carphone warehouse (a redundant company) and were trying to sell me a new contract despite my contract not being up for renewal.

So after speaking to my local council office they have informed me that i am not in debt with council tax and they have not instructed this company to collect anything. So i guess im just gonna have to repay there kind phone calls and house visit with a police complaint. Good luck SCOTT & CO

A few minutes after my last nuisance call, which was from the Talk Talk impersonators, I got this one - from the p.p.i. pests using a number they had not used for me before. Only a couple of days ago their recorded message was saying it was their final attempt to contact me, but telling lies is habitual for them. I estimate I have had a hundred calls from these people. I look forward to the day they are prosecuted. They are making money out of people s naivety so I hope they get fined heavily.

Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call.
