Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. This is a PPI scam. Best to listen politely and show interest before requesting that they ring you back on another number. Then give them the number of another known scammer and they should keep one another amused for a while. Suggested numbers of known scammers:- 01935 350190 and 01379 844163. Both these numbers have repeatedly rung me recently.

rang me 2 days ago asking me to complete a survey based on services I had used before, I politely asked for them to remove me from their contact list and they hung up. had another call from them again today, lady was very rude, told me that if I completed the survey I would not be contacted again.
