02477220378 called me 10:20 am Tuesday 24 Aug 2021. It rung twice, and before I had time to get to my phone, they had rung off. As I don't know anyone in Coventry, conclude that it's a call centre or scammer.

I have some products from nationwide. got a text claiming to be from Nationwide saying they need to speak to me and to call on this number- about my account. The products I have wouldnt involve them speaking to me. Proper scam! DO NOT RING BACK. Very clever as it come sup as if its actually from Nationwide even my phone put the text under the same sender as the legit Nationwide.

This number is not secure, it is scammers pretending to be from O2, offering a 50% discount off your monthly bill. Tempting, obviously. They say a text will be sent to confirm this, followed by another text with a code to activate the offer. They will then ask you to repeat the code to them BUT doing this will allow them to take control over your account and possibly other info on your phone. Something didn't feel right so when they rang back for the code I didn't answer but googled O2 scams. Beware.

I missed a call, tried to call back - I was expecting a call from unknown mobile number. It cuts off. I sent a message, it bounces back as "phone number is formatted incorrectly". I found others are looking up for a very similar number, just last digits differ, so I guess this is a spam also.

When I asked him what he was calling about he said it was in regard to an accident. I informed him my husband had not had an accident could he be more specific. He got annoyed and said he needed to speak to him
