Although a Huddersfield code this number came up as an international call on my phone. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS

They called twice in the past week, so I called back curious to see what company it was. All they said was it was consumer care line. The first woman hung up on me when I asked what the company was. The second was a guy who after me asking a few times went into the speech about PPI and other loans and stuff and then when I said I ve never had any of that he ended the call. He knew my first name though which was a bit confusing.

Called today saying a bank transaction had been made and could I verify it - automated call so just ignored it as don t accept automated calls

Again Jennifer Coleman from HMRC. They would write to named person, cause of action letter, would never leave message as don t know who would pick up. Could scare people into ringing them back.
