SCAM / SPAM Washing machine insurance scam. Phishing with incomplete or incorrect information, and hinted that their details differ from mine because I've recorded them incorrectly. Lots of supposedly tempting discounts, and lots of glib excuses for the differences or lack of information.
Fraud 0208 3099 975 Scam call. English woman, recorded voice; claimed to be a call from "BT Internet"; "Your Internet Service will be cut off immediately."

Scammer - Says they are BT openreach, then proceeds to say there is a problem with the router and you need to give them details to fix it. When I said I don't have BT services, the guy said "I know, BT is the only distributer over the country!" Really? Perhaps they need to do their homework.
