This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. 'Darren' from 'Highland Legal' about an accident I have had in the past 2 years. When asked about where he got my details from, he told me I was entered into a database. When I told him my accident didn't cause me any injury, he tried to tell me he would claim for 'stress and inconvenience' - told him it was being sorted out and there is no stress involved.. he hung up the phone without saying thanks and goodbye. That was the worst part ;)
