These people keep calling me but when i speak they do not seem to hear me. I ve now got caller ID and will not answer them again. They are ringing at least twice every day but i think the delay means that they are not in this country. Really really annoying. I am planning to call Pet Plans head office on Monday and complain.

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. Yes I agree with Anonymous why are people so rude. I even tried to phone them back, but they hung up on me mid sentence.
