I got a text from what looked like my bank (Santander), saying a lot of money was being taken from my account. It gave this number 03333443057 to call. I called, and they answered HSBC ! I said I thought I was calling Santander, they said I work for both banks (yeah, right!). I said let me have your name and department, I ll call my bank and ask to be put through to you, at which point they promptly hung up.

Although I do not know, I assume it s a telemarketer as a REAL company would just hang up on you without either ringing back because they accidentally cut you off or their phone number bringing up a legitimate result in a http://www.duckduckgo.com search (sorry, don t use zoogle anymore)!

Caller had rough Mancunian accent. He told me I had been hurt in a car accident & could claim compensation for me.

Rang on Saturday morning. I did not answer. Looking up this number it appears to be a faked caller ID so is suspicious.

this number called twice today but no message left.

They called me and when I answered hung up.

The man pretended to be a police officer, saying that the database is updated. I called the local police and they said that this was a scam.

How come I left a comment about90 minutes ago saw it on the screen yet now it has gone. Is this really a genuine help site that you are running, or just a Micky mouse organisatio that allows unfavourable opinions to be erased
