This number is one of a group that has recently called me and appeared to be a scam of some sort. I answered and waited before speaking any, and after three seconds they hung up. Recorded woman with American accent claiming to be from Amazon, I suspect a scam.

This number claimed to be maidstone police,which i thought was odd as it does not matter where abouts in Kent the police are calling from, they always identify themselfs as Kent police then say what staion they are from,i phoned Kent police and they claimed its a Hoax number.

In response to your comment Tony M please dont be so rude as to imply others are uneducated this number is a pain in the arse. They are now ringing my husbands mobile using one of their other numbers 0161 826 5780 all times of day they dont answer you when you pick it up there is always a voicemail message directing you to hold for their accounts dept and they DENY they are workin for Orange when you do get through so check your facts are correct before making rude assumptions about others.
