They "just wanted to check the details you provided are correct". Told them they would be if I typed them in. They still kept going until I told them I was at work and asked them to send an email. Probably a scam.

this number called me today around midday, there was a delay, then a "bong" sound then a recorded voice said "goodbye" and hung up. presume it s some automated way of checking to see if a number is valid, so i can look forward to more spam calls now i guess!
