When I have a rare few minutes spare and one of these arseholes call me I answer in a wavery old voice and agree with everything they say and everytime they ask a question I ask them to repeat what they've just said...we go round and round in circles until I say..."Are you my doctor?" They usually scream at that point and slam the phone down.Great fun! Then I block them.x
