Have had calls from Aerials Direct claiming to be working for Vodafone. Said I was due an upgrade. What? 10 months early?? I don t think so. Also the guy stating they are from Tesco. Why would Tesco use another company. And why do they call stating they are from different companies.

He claimed to be from Halifax bank and said that the bank needed me to discuss serious matters concerning my account... This number just rang my phone, I said hello, they then hung up on me. Agreed with Adam that they want you to phone them back. Found out that it is a charge of 45p-62p per minute to ring back. Also found out it is an individual not a company hoping you will phone him/her back and in doing so they will make him/herself a nice monthly income at your expense.

This company repeatedly calls me on both my mobile and my landline. I have asked them to stop calling but they keep doing it.

Prerecorded message alleging to be from a bank - 2 transactions were highlighted as 1. a payment of £300 to Amazon and 2. a payment exceeding £1000 to an overseas destination. Options were offered which were ignored and the call was terminated by the recipient. An effort was made to call the number from both landline and mobile where an answer was given “it has not been possible to connect your call” and “the number you have dialled is incorrect”, respectively. These people should be sent to Siberia.
