He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. Same as the comments above, call my landline most evenings asking for someone who doesn t live hear. I have constantly asked where they got the number from and to take it off their list to no avail.
