Phoned up claiming I had asked them to quote for a new mortgage. Disconnected call when I said had not requested such thing and it was an unsolicited call.

Calling to confirm the delivery but tried to get into Domestic and General insurance cover without outright stating first off to ask if Insurance is required. Very polite and confirmed that I would NOT be signed up to an insurance plan. All the delivery bits were explained well, they re just doing a job, they should improve the initial wording a bit, probably why so many people are getting irate.

This is not from alpha galaxy. The company is a hoax misusing the name of a popular firm in Malaysia.

Caller with indian accent gave a fake name and claimed to be calling from BT Broadband. He said there were hackers using my wifi according to messages on their server. He then tried to scare me in to giving him access to my computer. He was obviously trying to scam me as I don t have an account with BT. He hung up on me when I wouldn t let him access my computer.

Had a missed call from this number when I called back it came p on my phone saying No Answer but didn t even ring. Has anyone else had these people call?
