Called to advise me that microsoft had put a virus on my computer, they asked for my bank details to give me a refund, i only gave part of this to them but i started to question why they were telling me my phone bill was also due. They have hacked my bank account and taken over ?300.00. Please do not answer the phone to these scammers. Learned my lesson playing on the vulnerable and elderly.
Telling me I have had two withdrawals from my bank - one being from Amazon for £300 and the other for a couple of thousand from abroad. I had a phone call from (supposedly local) yesterday also saying this! Ignored it.

Everyone's saying this is from MyHeritage. I bought their DNA kit after reading, in a "Which" type comparative report, that they were the best. I paid my money (£49 + £12 p&p). They phoned me relatively early, I didn’t pick up at all, seeing as I didn’t recognize the number. They left a voicemail, claiming to be phoning a guy called Nathan who was late to work and wanting him to phone back.
