Tried to scam me by calling my phone and asked for my email address. Then I was told to check my email for a password to allow her to add me to her address list because she allegedly lost her list. When I checked the email message it was a code authorizing to reset my Facebook password, so I did not give the information. This person was even messaging in our native dialect. She avoided talking to me live though when I answered her call the first time, and just sent the message asking for my email.

I agree with other comments. They had my name and address (when they should not have). I was stupid enough to confirm this. they ask you do you have a car, make/brand of car, and other products you may own. and some other lifestyle choice questions. I started saying "no comment" to every question and 5 questions later they hung up on me.
Someone (from nationwide)? talking about a claim from a previous road traffic collision ?! then hung up.

A woman with a foreign accent rang on April 4th. She knew my name and said she was ringing to alert me that there were problems with my computer. When I quizzed her as to how she knew this she was vague and aggressive. I told her that I thought she was trying to scam me - the line immediately went dead.
