SCAM Fortunately, I have TruCaller home phone so pushed it straight to the "waiting" queue and as they didn't leave a message or say who was calling did not route through to the actaual phone ring. I already had this number blocked on my Mobile and in Malwarebytes as it claimed to be from BT saying there was a problem with my broadband... when I mentioned that I worked for BT as a fault engineer they immediately hung up :)
Yet another unsolicited call from an 020 number. This one wants to recommend investments but will not give company and people details. Not to be trusted.

Block the number, ignore these charlatans. They are "injury specialists", the same scoundrels responsible for this preposterous "victim" culture of claiming money if you trip over the kerb. I block every one of their numbers once they introduce themselves. I refuse to even talk - I just put the phone down, block the number and get on with what I am doing. Said they were Practice Plus in Brighton but it’s a Dudley number (141 miles away) and it doesn’t exsist. ** DO NOT DEAL **
Phoned out blue, saying following up a previous enquiry I’d made once about investments. Said not a sales call but called themselves ?BT Marketing? I’m currently looki at investments. So let the call run. Pleasant polite lady. Asked if they could pass my details onto a tech investment firm, to send me more info. I felt extra info may be useful, so gave permission. However, contact info they had for me was a very old email address. She reassured me they would not pass my details to anyone else. (We’ll see).
