Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 11430342xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with utility services - gas and electric mostly, energy comparison, and as usually smart meters. They drop the call as soon as you pick uip the phone, obviously they want you to call back at your expense. Probably a call centre who have to keep their call numbers up to meet a contract so they call - a call is registered and they get paid whether or not there s a conversation.
