Called and asked about a car accident I d supposedly had - as soon as I asked how they knew I was in an accident, they claimed my details were included on a National register of car accidents . I said this was simply not possible, and demanded to know where they had gotten my contact details from and they hung up immediately. Two weeks later, another call. This time, it took about a min or two to actually hear anyone, after which the same "This is Jane from Seagull Expert Guidance.." starts up and aft

These people rang my pay as you go mobile I have for emergencies.I don t often give out my number but it is registered as a contact number with my dogs microchip details which comes with 4 weeks free insurance.

They asked about PPI I asked them not to call me again.

This is a charity called Coco.

Got a call off a generic sounding girl called Hannah who was adamant that I have had an accident recently. I kept saying I haven t and she hung up. I rang back and asked why she hung up (which she didn t answer). She persisted to know about my accident history. Sound very dodgy to me

These people will just not go away. They are trying to get your personal info and they are crap at it. Presumably they are better at paper fraud than they are at acting. I don t know how they make any money but they must do because they keep calling back or maybe they are as stuid as they sound. They sound drunk half the time. Usually they say they are fron Benefits UK and they call using lots of numbers so you can t block them for long.
